1/ Removing the old controller 196NT

• Checking operation status of 196NT controller

• Removing the exsiting controller 196NT
• Removing LCD screen

2/ Installing  the DISOCONT® Tersus feeder controller (DT-9)

• Mounting controller (DT-9) and wiring

• Connecting to HMI

3/ Configuration, calibration and testing system

• Configure operation parameters of coal feeder through Easy Server software

• Calibration

• Trim Analog Signal from Controller to DCS system
• Testing after calibration
